Arizona High Desert Living

It is just about unbearable to watch the Banks dump real estate like it is nothing. Living in an area of north east Phoenix that saw tremendous growth two years ago, it is really hard to imagine the crash. The Banks are cutting there throats. They are throwing money away! You can not build homes for the price they are selling at. So the value attached to all this dumping is un-realistic. I am watching them sell land at 10% of value, homes at 50%. Maybe this is our stimulus trickle down !

For those that have a nest egg and want to benefit from the Bank give aways it is a great thing. My home based company is licensed to the hilt.

Pink Pony Steak House, for sale !

Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009

That’s Right ! The Pony  has been operating since 1954 and the owner has decided to sell the property.

STILL OPEN For Business ! Come Check’er Out !

Located in the heart of down town Scottsdale with an 8,242 square foot building. The property fronts Scottsdale Rd. and has a well established Vale Parking pull out.

The front of the building is designated historic due to the 1970s Kachina Style Architecture. The City has drawings that allow for signage, lighting, and out side seating changes.

Included in the sale is not only the Real Estate, but a #6 packaged liquor license. Allowing for alcohol only, alcohol to go, and operation as a night club. The restaurant has always operated as a steak house and bar.

The History is Large and ties in with Spring Training. All the past great players and managers spent time lounging and dinning, rubbing elbows and planning trades. You can still feel the action going on !

The seating area consists of approximately  2,700 sqft, followed by the kitchen another 2,700 sqft, then followed by storage of approximately another 2,800+ sqft.

The Zoning is C2, witch  allows two stories and sits within a three story city overlay. If you’ve got big ideas, this place could supply the flash! Contact  Jerry Alan Brown and he will lead you in the right direction. Jerry is the owners Son and knows the inside scoop.  623 742-6868   azdeals@hotmail.com

Below are pictures of a few of the newer High Rise condo projects, that I believe will keep coming and add to the future boom of down town. They sell for well over the sqft price the Pink Pony is offered at.
