Final Destination Shark Tank

Shark Tank is fun and interesting with all the crazy ideas that humans come up with. Like Flip This House, allot of viewers would like to be able to be involved with projects that can bring them satisfaction and potential financial success.

I personally feel there is allot of room for small investors and start up entrepreneurs to hook up and make deals. The issue is that resources to hook up through, are hard to find. The net is full of sign up and pay sites, that appear to just lead folks around to small business loan companies, or hard money lenders. If you know a contact for one on one funding email me at

There is an underlying  reason for this post. Yes, I invented a garden product and recently received a provisional patent. This is part of the very first phase of the business plan. There are three phases. Phase 1 allows for the start of sales and marketing, including production equipment and supplies. Cost projections $10,000.00. Phase 2 is based on reaching set sales goals, adding more production equipment, employees, and delivery equipment.   Cost projections $12,000.00. Phase 3 , reaching set sales goals of  42,000 units per year or better, more equipment, etc. Cost projections $17,000.00.  When this phase is reached and sales projections reach 42k - 60k units per year, it will be time to face off with the Sharks. From Gold Fish bowl to Shark Tank, projection two years.

Gold Fish, is a term I will use for start up funding investors. If your investment pays off and the sharks bite, your return could be 20 fold.

Arizona High Desert Living

It is just about unbearable to watch the Banks dump real estate like it is nothing. Living in an area of north east Phoenix that saw tremendous growth two years ago, it is really hard to imagine the crash. The Banks are cutting there throats. They are throwing money away! You can not build homes for the price they are selling at. So the value attached to all this dumping is un-realistic. I am watching them sell land at 10% of value, homes at 50%. Maybe this is our stimulus trickle down !

For those that have a nest egg and want to benefit from the Bank give aways it is a great thing. My home based company is licensed to the hilt.

Like a Scary Movie !

2006 and all hell was breaking lose in the Arizona real estate market. I am aware that there was the sub-prime lending issue. In reality that was a small percentage of all the buying power that was active.

The gas was definitely lower. And that in it self has caused consumer pricing to rise.

This is kind of like a scary movie. You just don’t want to have any more nightmares so you don’t watch any more scary flicks. But the movie producers keep on making them, and some how customers keep showing up.

The bottom line is that there is allot of great Real Estate deals to be had. The population is not shrinking. Foreclosure homes are flying off the shelf. Yesterdays newscast reported a good gain in residential sales, prices to clime buy next year. This is typically the trend when following a recession or downturn. The State department is lying down new roads in every direction. We are on Mars, and are considering the moon again. From what I hear every well derrick in the US is drilling.

We are Americans, and once we get back on track with some new direction. Lets hope energy self sufficiency is high on the list. Every ones confidence will again kick into high gear. It is either going to get really bad or really good. I am leaning towards  Really Great !
